What Causes Delayed Periods?

i am 28 yrs old unmarried my name sweety. i have sex with my boyfriend on september 2011. after that my period was coming regular. my last period was on 28march2012 but after that i have not got period. today is 08may2012 only sep2011 i have done sex after that no sex also, but i rub my finger on my vigina at night but also not daily, thrice a month. plz tell mr what shall i do to get periods in time

If you had periods regularly for months after having sex then there is no risk of pregnancy. The stopping of periods may be caused by stress or due to a medical condition like thyroid disorder, anemia or ovarian conditions. You need to consult your doctor and get certain blood tests done to know if you have any medical conditions. Most of the time this is reversible after taking proper treatment. Masturbating by putting fingers in vagina as mentioned by you is harmless and not a cause of concern.
