What Causes Delayed Periods?

My SONOGRAPHY OF PELVIS Says
Urinary Bladder:-- Well distended. No evidance of calculus. wall thickness is with in normal limits.
Uterus:-mesuring 60x 30x 28mm, slightly small in size. No focal lesion seen.
Both Ovaries appears normal in size & echotexture. no evidance of focal lession.
Right Ovary:-- Measuring 27x 19mm
Left Ovary:-- 28x16
No collection seen in POD
" usually my perious will be come with in the rage of 24 to 27 days and now i did not got from the last 60 days"
Can u plese suggest me the path to fowwow
