What Causes Delayed Periods,sore Breasts And Cramping?
I am 41 years old. My menstrual cycle is 28 days, except last month it was on day 23 (august 4th). I am late, I have sore breast, feel nauseous, feel cramps but no AF, I have clear secretions when wipping. I have been TTC but not constant. I took first home pregnancy test it was negative. Do you think i should try again after a week if there is no period, or do I have to dismiss this as perimenaupouse.

Testing too early can give false-negative results. So you can wait for one more week and repeat the home pregnancy test.
