What Causes Dent Above Ear When Wearing Glasses?

I have worn glasses for ten years, all day, I have had the glasses I wear at the moment for over a year in the last month I have noticed there are leaving a dent above my ear even when removed for sleeping it is still there in the morning, I have not pu any weight on and my glasses do not feel tight, what could it be?
