Hello
Thanks for asking

You have depressive symptoms and a number of somatic symptoms. You get nervous without any reason resulting in sweating, hot-cold sensations on hands, flushed face, difficulty in breathing, poor sleep, tiredness etc symptoms. These all symptoms are part of anxiety disorder. As the anxiety occur without any reason so as per my opinion you have generalised anxiety disorder (GAD). Consultation from a good psychiatrist is must for proper relief.

Medicines like SSRIs as Escitalopram, Citalopram, Sertraline etc are commonly used drugs in GAD. For symptomatic relief or in episodes of nervousness low dose benzodiazepines prove useful.

Relaxation exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, breathing exercises also have good results. Behavior therapy is a psychological method for treatment of anxiety.

Hope this helps you, thanks

Thanks
