Hi,

The results you reported are suggestive for sub-clinical hypothyroidism or under active thyroid caused by Hashimoto thyroiditis, an autoimmune disease confirmed by high anti TPO antibodies. As you report symptoms of hypothyroidism, treatment with levothyroxine should be started.

The pathology is chronic and the treatment is long life. Especially before planing a pregnancy and during pregnancy you should monitor TSH level closely and keep it within the normal levels, because it may be a cause of infertility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Dr. Mirjeta
