What Causes Diaphragm And Chest Fullness With Burning Sensation And Discomfort?
I have a fullness feeling in my diaphragm right under the breast bone. Right under that has a burning sensation and I had mild chest fullness and discomfort. no pain....I went ot he er a few days ago and they took an EKG and a chest X-ray and said my heart and lungs look great. I have GURD but I have never had symptoms like this before and it isnt going away.....loss of appetite , light headedness and really tired

The symptoms may be seen in GERD. You need to be started on medications for the same, follow life style modifications and get evaluation by a gastroenterologist for the same.
