What Causes Diarrhea Accompanied With Abdomen Pain?
I am 38 yrs, four days ago I a diarrhea after eating a pizza. My diarhea was accompagnied by stomach pain and it stopped after taking an anti diarhea. Since then I have constipation and when I try to go to the toilet, there comes hard ball stool dark in color. I am worried and I do not know why. Up to now I am still experiencing stomach pain which comes on and off.

dear you may be suffering from post diarrhea Constipation. use syrp. lactulose at night. eat high fiber diet, avoid spicy food and alcohol. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
