What Causes Diarrhea After Taking Protein Supplements?
Hello doctor... I have been taking high protien diet for bodybuilding.. But i am having loose motions 1 time after my dinner or after my postworkout meal.. So i want to ask that. In this case is my body or muscles absorbing protien or just flushing it out......

One episode of diarrhea cant be related to the body having protein losing enteropathy. The cause of diarrhea needs to be determined. If there is fever, a high white cell count and / or blood in stool then antibiotics would be required for treatment. Rehydration with isotonic fluids should be initiated for now.
