What Causes Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Pain?
For the past three days I have had diarrhea. At first it was a yellow type mucus, then turned into black with coffee ground consistency. Now it is a bright green mucous with absolute no fecal odor at all. I am also experiencing abdominal pain and it comes in waves and it feels like intense burning all down my chest to my stomach and around the lower part of my back.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having infection of the gastrointestinal tract. You should get your stool examined for any infection or parasitic infestation. You may need an antibiotic along with antiamoebic in addition to an antacid and a probiotic. Dicyclomine can be taken for severe pain in abdomen.
Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Also take care of your hydration.
