What Causes Diarrhea And Gas, Pain Under Ribs And Collarbone?

I have had gas pain under lower left ribs and left collarbone off and on for a day with mild diarrhea. Feel a little tired with mild headache. This is not chronic. Did I catch a stomach bug? I ve never really had gas pain in collarbone area before, but it seems to be associated with those pains. Any recommendations? It s is uncomfortable.

Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm. It appears that you have developed some gi infection for which I will suggest you to take a course if antibiotic like ofloxacin for 2 days. I hope this will help you. Wish you a good health.
