General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yellowish discharge is concerning for possible vaginal/pelvic infection, which can also contribute to the other symptoms you are experiencing. It is important to undergo vaginal swab and culture, urine/blood HCG (pregnancy) testing done.

Management will depend on the diagnosis and type of infection if any confirmed. So please follow up with your Obgyn as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
