What Causes Diarrhea And Left-sided Abdominal Pain While On Flagyl For C-diff?

I have a positive c diff and have been on Flagyl for 10 days not working still have diarreaha several times a day now I developed a sharp stabbing pain in my left lung area I m tired all the time cant keep solids down already been to ER for dehydration can I do anything to slow down anything so I can work on normal again.
