What Causes Diarrhea And Stomach/chest Pain During Pregnancy?

im prenant preetty shure i have a parasite. my chest hurts, i have a hard time breathing doing normal tasks. my stomach hurts really bad, and burns and cramps.i eat and eat and eat and still have symptoms. i have had a crawling senstaion all over my body had symptoms before pregnant. i have mucs in stool i have diraehha every time i go to the bathroom. it burns when i pee. i hate having sex with my boyfriend cause it hurts, he has be super gentle other wise i triquil blood. ive had these symptoms for over a year. im done some resurch and found that parasite will give you a urine track infect and yeast infection. it wont go away with meds. my vag smells like rotten fish. what do i do
