What Causes Diarrhea, Bloating And Stomach Cramps After Having Food?

Hello. My name is Lizzy I am 31 and in borderline recovery from a 20 year history of chronic anorexia. I saw a dietitian for the first time in awhile to assist me with my food intolerances and gi issues. She was helpful gave me a bland diet and requested I take a food diet. She also gave me a fish oil supplement. I felt immediately full after only 1/2 cup consumption of soft mashed potatoes at dinner and an hour later experienced diarrhea, cramping, bloating, and pale stool. Could the fish oil be the cause?

i dont think fish oil would do that... u give history of chronic anorexia, ur more prone for IBS which is irritable bowel syndrome... which presents in same fashion... but my question is y did u hav chronic anorexia???... which is seen in terminally ill patients like cancer... u give history of pale stools which is seen obstructive jaundice caused by ca head of pancreas... please let me know the details i vl try to help you...
