Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your symptoms can be due either to an infection of the gastrointestinal tract or premenstrual release of excessive prostaglandins. Also, home pregnancy tests read well when performed 3-7 days after the missed period. If you have not done so, you can repeat the test or go for the blood test. If you are lactating, you may not have regular cycles. Please get further information from your health care provider. Take care.
