What Causes Diarrhea, Bloody Discharge From Anus And Stomach Ache?
My daughter age 14, is having diarehha, and formed stools. she has a discharge from the rectal area like black tarry stool. When she wipes it is bright red blood. She has had episodes of stomach pain that sent her to the er in which they didnt find anything.

in.my opinion it could be due to rectal polyp or lower gastrointestinal lesion
please visit a gastroenterologist for colonoscopy
meanwhile give her plenty of dietary fibers and fluids to avoid constipation and regularisation of bowel habits
get her blood test for hemoglobin and liver function test
