What Causes Diarrhea, Bright Yellow Stools That Smells Like Metal And Bloating?

I have had diarrhea for about 5-6 days now , 2-3 days of this were green , now the last couple days the stool has been bright yellow , like mustard, & smells like metal . a lot of pain & bloating & a few times ive thrown up or dry heaved . wut could be my problem ?

More fat in stool also cause yellow stool ..
Loss of bile salt cause yellow stool.. .
Stool examination test is helpful to detect any infection..
