What Causes Diarrhea Followed By Burning Sensation?

For a couple days ive had diarrhea and when im using the bathroom I never feel quit done until the point ive been on the toilet for at least 30 minutes. It also burns and leaves me with a burning sensation. This has been causing me to have to go to the bathroom almost every 2 hours. Whats wrong and how to stop this?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of diarrhea, incomplete evacuation, takes 30 minutes in toilet, leaves burning sensation, going to bathroom at least every 2 hours.
The most probable cause is severe form of entero-colitis.
I would advise you the following:
First of all send the stool sample for tests.
Tests of blood to rule out diabetes, thyroid problems and see for CBC.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
5 day course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotic
See the results, it OK, nothing more needs to be done.
If no complete cure, colonoscopy and further management needs to be done.
