What Causes Diarrhea, Sore Throat And Headache In A 20 Year Old?

Hi my boyfriend is 20 years old he is 5 ft 7 and weighs approx 10 st and has been up all night with a fever, has been vomiting, has diarrhoea, sore throat, headaches, block nose, going hot and cold, extremly pale in skin colour what is wrong with him?
