What Causes Diarrhea, Stomach Pain And Dry Mouth?
Hello, yes, I have since Sunday at 1:30am , watery diarrhea, cramping, pain in my upper left side of my stomach and a very dry mouth. What can this be? I have tried Pepto Bismol that has alleviated it just a bit Tuesday and Wednesday evening for the evening to then have it return exactly the same this morning. I do not have a fever, vomiting or cough, nothing else, what can this be.

Hello,
Watery diarrhea plus dry mouth is showing that you have Dehydration. Please consult a local doctor as it is a gut infection.
You need antibiotics as tablet Ofloxocin and Ornidazole two times a day for 5 days, also add ORS (Oral rehydration solution).
