What Causes Diarrhea, Tiredness And Low Appetite Despite A Negative UPT?

Hello. I had my previous period on the 13th of May. I had sex 38 days ago, (7th July). 14 days after sex I got my periods. Very heavy and lasted 3 days. (After periods I usually have brown blood for days, but this time didn t happen) I took morning after pill the day after intercourse. I also took another emergency pill on the 16th of July, 3 weeks before the last time of sex (two pills in one cycle). I went to different doctors and took 5 pregnancy tests between the 19th and the 20th of July and they were negative. 5 days ago I went to a lab and did another urine test and it was negative. I have paranoia and i keep thinking that I am pregnant because I have cramps before passing my stools and my breasts are bigger. I had emorroids for almost three weeks and since two weeks ago I had diarrhoea for two days and my stools now are yellow/orange and very easy to go out. I m scared. I also have a green discharge. What is it? I lost my appetite and I always feel tired. I didn t gain weight, I also think I lost it. My belly is harder. Why is it so hard? I can t be pregnant because 6 tests were negative, right? Should I just stop worrying and wait for my periods to come this week or should I get a blood test? please help me. I have anxiety and I m a paranoid person.
