What Causes Diarrhea, Vomiting And Pain All Over The Body?

I have diarrhea, vomiting, and achey symptoms. Just woke up with it today out of no where. I think it might be heat sickness because I live in he garage and it doesn't get very cool, plus I didn't drink mucwater yesturday. I want to if it's serious and need to go to the E.R. or if I just need to ride it out. What do I do?

Dear during a heat wave, there's an increased risk for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) flare-ups, and a greater risk of infectious gastroenteritis .

probably your suffering from acute gastroenteritis.
so you need to drink plenty of water and ors liquid.
avoid spicy food and alcohol. use tab. ciplox 500mg twice a day for five days. if your loose stools not under control and increasing in frequency. decresing urine output or increased body temperature means please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
