What Causes Diarrhea, Vomiting And Pain In Stomach?

i went to bed with a mild stomach thinking it was just a little hunger for a midnight snack, i slept for two hours and woke up to run to the restroom and shit diahrea is common for me so it wasnt a concern till i kept getting out of bed with this sharp pain in my stomach and vomiting
