What Causes Diarrhea With Dry And Smelly Mouth?
I have extremely dry mouth with a foul smell. My feces smells the same. I ve never had foul-smelling feces before. Dr. recently diagnosed type II diabetes and put me on metformin. I have diarrhea 3-4 times a day. Before taking this Rx, my stools were very hard but had a mucous in it. Now it s very soft but almost stringy. Even though I go 3-4 times a day, I go a LOT! I don t know how I can have so much because I don t eat that much. Any ideas?

Loose stool can be due to metformin as it is a side effect of this. Discuss with your doctor to change the medicine
