What Causes Diarrhea With Flatulence After Ingestion?

I have diarrhea every morning. Within 10 minutes of having my grapefruit juice, I get gassy and have to run for the bathroom. I have tried other juices thinking it could be the grapefruit juice, but it doesn t seem to matter. I have had a colonoscopy and all was okay. I wanted to know what could be causing this, and is there anything I can take to stop this. Thank you

your clinical signs and symptoms appears to be because of the following two conditions ----

(1) APD i.e acid peptic disorder

(2) INTESTINAL AMEBIASIS

both these conditions are very simple to treat,if i were your treating doctor i would have prescribed you the following treatment

(1) for curing intestinal amebiasis you just need to take a single dose of secnidazole 2 grams dose , you have to chew the tablet at night before sleeping along with a glass of warm milk

(2) capsule pantaprazole + domperidone one capsule daily before breakfast for 2 weeks

(3) syrup gastric enzymes 2 teaspoons three times a day after every major meal of the day for 2 weeks
