What Causes Diarrhea With Green, Slimy, White Clots In Stools In An Infant?

my name is juliet n my daughter is 3months old n has a running tummy for 2days.she goes at least 5 to 6 times almst after every feed n has hot palms but no fever.she weighs 6.6kg.what could be wrong.her stool was checked n no bacteria or cyst was seen.her poop colour is greenwish yellow n a bit slimy not too watery but with clots of white substances like milk.she only brstfeed.

Hi dear
welcome to the HCM.
Exclusively breast fed child do pass frequent loose stools. This is quite normal (because of the increased gastrocolic reflex).
If the stools are greenish and slimy ,then one can suspect some stomach infection which can be detected by the Stool culture .
Exact bug causing the problem can be detected by the culture and accordingly child can be treated.
