What Causes Diarrhea With Lack Of Appetite?

hi i just want to ask as i have not been feeling well for about 1week my period is due in days and i have had withdrow sex on my fertelise days now i have been havig cramps more like on my right side ,diarrhea and lowel back pain also no appetie but i do try to eat,i did take a preg test but its negetive my period is due in 4days,i dont have sore breast ,i also have a bit of white cervul mucus but not a lot,thank u

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis or viral fever with gastroenteritis.

Other possibilities like dysfunctional uterine bleeding or anaemia or side effects to drugs or contraceptives etc.

So get it done stool examination, ultrasound abdomen, complete haemoglobin status.

Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use pain killers after confirmation of your not a pregnant. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
