What Causes Diarrhea With Stomach Pain And Sore Throat?
my boyfriend has symptoms of constant diorreaha, stomach is painful to touch. its only been happening since last night. He has a sore throat and is finding it hard to swallow also. Stomach is making really loud noises and then afterwards he has to go to the toilet. His number two's are very light brown and very runny/mushy.

He may be suffering from acute viral gastroenteritis or food poisoning with acute viral pharyngitis. Drink plenty of liquid avoid spicy food and alcohol. Use tablet Sporlac thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Oflox ornidazole twice a day for five days.
Use saltwater gargling and water vapor inhalation. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
