What Causes Diarrhea With Stomach Rumbling And Discomfort Persistently?

I have been having very loose stools and diarrhea and stomach gurgles and feels discomfort sometimes. Gastroenterologist said stool samples did not show any bacteria. This has been going on for about 3 months. I have an appetite and no weight loss. 65 years old. Your thoughts please? Thanks

Thank you for your question on HCM.
Your condition might be helped with the use of a probiotic.
diarhoea of non infective etiology may occur as a result of a prolonged antibiotic course ,but since you have not provided that history ,I cannot arrive at that diagnosis. But nevertheless adding a probiotic will definitely help your condition, and im sure you will see a difference as it replenishes the bacteria which normally colonise the gut.
:colon health" is a good probiotic which you can consume daily. You can also add plenty of yoghurt to your diet.
hope this information was helpful.
