What Causes Diarrhea,vomiting,dizziness And Excessive Fatigue?
Hi i took cymbalta the other day not sure if that matters but ive resolved to not take it anymore. Anyways two days later and i have been sick as a dog idk if its coincidence or not. Diarhea vomiting dizziness and excessive fatigue but when i lay down i cannot fall asleep even though i am extremely tired, plus everytime i yawn i feel aick cant really explain it. And been feeling like my food wont go down my throat. I was thinking i may have been pregnant but my period started today.
Related to the electrolyte and metabolic imbalance through diarrhea, vomiting (usually, loss of potassium and chloride ions).
Start consuming oral rehydration salt with the prescription of ondansetron to be taken on an empty stomach to control the vomiting first and avoid further dehydration.
May need intravenous treatment in terms of glucose, antibiotics and other supportive care at the hospital according to the progress of the condition.
