What Causes Diarrhoea In A 4 Month Old Child?

Hi doctor,my 4 month old son had vomiting which is resolved with motilium..he has diarrhoea now..we consulted the paediatrician & giving him Kaplan 5ml TDS since 2 days ..but still he is passing watery stool..I am concerned about it.should I take him to pediatrician again?.please answer my query..

the most common cause at this age are virus, and resolve spontaneusly. but how many evacuations does your child have per day?
