What Causes Difficulty For Vibrator To Penetrate Into Vagina?

I have never had sex before but I recently started stimulation with a vibrator. I'm not sure if I was too rough or if I have just made myself raw, but today I couldn't even get my vibrator inside more than 2 inches. I felt very swollen and it caused some pain to even try and penetrate through it all. Could it be vaginal bruising or is there something else it might be?

Hello,

You are having difficulty in penetrating the vibrator into the vagina. Presently, you are swollen and have pain and bruising. You should opt for silicone vibrators over any other material so that you do not hurt yourself. You should always clean it regularly after each use. Clean it with soap, water and anti bacterial soap to avoid getting infected with it. Be gentle with yourself. Improper use of vibrators may cause abrasions, cuts, inflammation, soreness, pain and discomfort.

Vibrators may cause numbness too. Clitoris is very sensitive be careful, overstimulation may cause numbness and if nerve endings get damaged, they'll take time to get healed. Use vaginal lubricants before using vaginal vibrators. It will help easier penetration. At first, it may be uncomfortable but you will feel better as the muscles relax around the vaginal canal. Insert the vibrator shaft only as deeply as is comfortable for you.

Do not insert entire dilator. It is a good practice to pee after using the vibrator. Avoid the use of vibrators for a couple of days, let the soreness subside and bruises heal. You can apply ointment Soframycin or ointment Neosporin on the area affected. You can take acetaminophen, one SOS when needed to help reduce inflammation, pain & soreness.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
