What Causes Difficulty In Achieving An Orgasm During Intercourse?
I am recently separated from my wife of 32 years. Separated, we live in the same house raising our 6year old grandaughter. We are like friends with benefits. Recently I have not be able to have an orgasm during sex. My wife loves it because I can perform for hours while she has orgasms one after another. She can't get me to climax even if she jacks me off. Never had this problem before.

Delayed ejaculation (DE) occurs when a man needs more than 30 minutes of sexual stimulation to reach orgasm and ejaculate.
