What Causes Difficulty In Bowel Movement And Blood In Stool?

Iam almost 7 weeks along, and the past few days i have had a little trouble having a bowl movement but when i do it is very black and tarry like. Im already on bed rest due to bleeding in the front. Could this be blood in my stool and if so what should i do

You have problem of blood in stool that may be because of intestine infection like ulcerative colitis.

intestinal polyp may cause blood in stool and abdominal pain.
Diverticular may ruled out.

For diagnose intestinal problems do colonoscopy examination.
Gastric ulcer may cause blood in stool.

Internal or external hemorroids are may cause blood in stool.

Anal fissure may cause itching and blood in stool.
Anorectal examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
