What Causes Difficulty In Breathing After Strenuous Physical Activity?

i cant breath properly eg.wen i train or runing or do heavy work my breathing worsen......i work on a island as a chef and in the kitchen its very hot i sometimes feel dizzy and my chest sometimes hurt but the doctors i ave visited said its gastritis but not breathing well its just not right.......when i lie down i have to find a good sleeping psitionthan i can sleep

Thanks gor your question on HCM. It is normal to have some amount of breathlessness after heavy exersion. So no need to worry for your breathlessness.
But if you want to double sure I advice you some investigation.
Breathlessness on exersion is most commonly seen in heart and lung diseases. So I advice you to get done
1. ECG and 2D Echo to rule out heart causes.
2. Chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary FunctionTest) to rule out lung causes.
If all of the above is normal than no need to worry for your breathlessness.
If you are smoker than it is right time to quit smoking.
