What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Fast Heart Rate?
Hi my name is Taylor im very worry and this is been going on for a year Mostly now. When I was laying down I felt myself stop breathing for a sec. And I felt my heart beating very fast and feels really weird for about 10 to 15 sec. And I can't breathe but what's going on?

I would advise you to undergo holter monitoring, it is a test during which 24 hour ECG is recorded. With this test the cause of your palpitations can be detected. If it comes back normal, then you complaints can be connected to anxiety.
