What Causes Difficulty In Breathing, Heart Palpitations And Pressure In Chest?
I m not sure what I have been feeling but I have been feelings out of touch. Feeling of no interest. And now I feel like I m dying coz im having hard time breathing most times now n my heart is racing the more I think about it. Its just pressing my chest heavily. My mind sometimes control my breathing. Its a a very weird feeling. Please help what is is?

I don't think you have to worry too much as it seems you are suffering from anxiety
