What Causes Difficulty In Breathing?

Hi I am 25, 5'6", about 160 and have been having trouble breathing I have started to realize at night, it's accompanied by a strange feeling in my upper chest, the first time it happened I thought I was having an allergic reaction to something. My husbands a nurse and told me it wasn't a big deal but it is starting to get a little frustrating

HI
Well come to HCM
Your breathing problem could be due to allergic condition only, you can wait for some time because this may come around even without medicines, if this does not improved then I would suggest the following treatment
1) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
have a hot drinks, steam inhalation, everything would be fine soon, take care.
I find this answer helpful
