Hi
Greetings
PID means pelvic inflammatory desesae, infection of pelvic organs like uterus tubes and ovaries.
Where as PCOD MEANS polycystic ovarian syndrome. Here.you will have menustrual irregularities because of improper follicular development and ovulation. .Now you and your partner has to take treatment for PID and meanwhile consult a gynaecologist who is having an infertility clinic and a day 2 hormonal analysis may be done.Accordingly treatment can be started for normal ovulation. You will need close follow up with your gynaecologist .
Before that get your husbands semen analysis.
Hope my answer helps you. Regards
