What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving When Test Results Are Normal?

me and my wife are trying to have a baby she has a 13 year old son and i dont have kids but had a sperm test and came out fine ( per my Doctor ) cant figure out what might keep us from getting pregnant she is 37 and i am 39 if that helps too she is not over weight and i am 20 lbs over weight
