Hello, Firstly, both of you should see an infertility specialist for a proper work up and also to plan further management. The assessment includes study of ovulation pattern, any associated significant medical or surgical conditions, hormonal profile, evaluation of male factor and general infections. If everything is fine, timed intercourse with or without IUI is suggested for few cycles. If this is not working, higher steps are attempted serially. These include induction of ovulation and other ART procedures. Hope this helps.
