What Causes Difficulty In Concentration And Focusing?
I am a 23 year old mother of a 2 year old daughter and I have always had a issue with being able to concentrate and focus. This issue started in high school and continues today. I just started back to college and finding it extremely difficult to focus and concentate on my studies

Concentration problems may arise from causes such as tiredness, anxiety, stress, ADHD, minor brain injury, etc
So, before to improve the concentration is necessary to understand the cause. In my opinion, you should see a Psychologist for these issues.
