What Causes Difficulty In Ejaculating Semen After Undergoing TURP Operation?

Yes please i had a turp operation done on me a month ago and I am terribly surprized on what a bad experience it is to ejaculate inside my bladder. it is just no climax for me and I wonder if I shouldnt try to something up my anus to get another kind of stimulation because Im very frustrated and I allways enjoyed sex. Can I push something down my anus after the turp operation?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can fully understand your concern.
Following a TURP operation, it's normal to have retrograde ejaculation. That means, ejaculate will go in reverse direction, into the bladder.
That's what you're experiencing. You'll get used to it after some time.
There's no remedy for that with medical treatment.
Hope you can understand the situation.
If you've any doubts, you can send it as a direct question to me.
