My baby is 19 days old and she does not focus her eye one thing... not even when i take my finger close to her eye..however she responds to light and blinks her eyes when we switch on the light..Is there a concern? Should i get her checked by a doctor?

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that your 19 days old baby is not focussing and seeing objects.
Normally the fixation occurs by 6 weeks.
Hence you can wait till six weeks. Hence no need to worry, wait till six weeks and later if it dies not develop need yo consult your ophthalmologist.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
