What Causes Difficulty In Getting Ejaculation?

As a73+ year old I use Cialis. I get strong erections but have difficulty in achieving ejaculation, I seem to have forgotten 'how to'. My wife and I have had very good sex in our 48 years of marriage but I am disappointed that most times I fail to 'come'. Please advise.

The cause of not having ejaculation may be due to some problems in nerves around the penis or may be due to some disease called "Retrograde ejaculation"- where sperms are flowing back towards bladder. Please get an USG done and check urine immediately after masturbation.
