In women, there are two types of orgasms - Clitoral and Vaginal. Many a women have not experienced their vaginal orgasm at all in their life.
The clitoral orgasm is experienced after clitoral tickling. Clitoris should not be touched dry lest the pain and discomfort.
You are married just for two months. It is likely that the full penile insertion is not possible as yet, it may take few more months for that. If the penis is not fully inserted, none of the partners organ touches the clitoris to cause the sensation.
I may suggest you few tips:
1. If the penis is not getting inserted completely, ask your partner to touch and tickle the clitoris with wet finger.
2. Use vaginal lubricant generously which will allow full insertion of the penis allowing his shaft to touch the clitoris. Oil based lubricants are harmful to woman's reproductory organs and condom, so only water based lubricants should be used. Vaginal jellies are good for this purpose.
3. Adjust your positions so that the shaft of the penis touches the clitoris. Reverse position - male down and female on him may help.
Vaginal orgasm appears much later after the clitoral one. If you continue the sex play even after the clitoral orgasm, about an inch inside the vaginal opening you may start getting erotic feelings which then spread all over the vagina, then all over the vulva and then rest of the body. For that do not let him withdraw immediately after clitoral orgasm. Hold on for sometime and after his penis is hard enough again, start the movements again. It is an art to experience vaginal orgasm.
If any further information is desired, you may ask me direct question.
Wish you a very exciting married life.
