What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnant?

Hi I have problem in getting pregnant from last 3 months I and my partner have sex during fertile days and on ovulation days but still I am getting my periods regularly and on time. The problem is whatever my partner is ejaculating is coming out from vagina as soon as he removes his penis from vagina, and the whole day I ll be having a discharge from vagina. Kindly suggest me some thing.

You have not provided me with necessary information like age, duration of your marraige and whether you have had any investigations done before. This would have allowed me to help you better.

Not all couple trying for pregnancy conceive immediately and this is normal. So you should not worry. To explain to you further, for young couple trying for pregnancy, the chance of conception is about 25% during each cycle. Among couples trying for pregnancy 85% of them conceive in one year time.
If you don't conceive in a years time ( six months if your age is 35) do consult your gynecologist for evaluation.
Take one tablet of folic acid daily.
To increase your chances of conception, maintain normal BMI, quit smoking (if you are a smoker) and have regular intercourse at least thrice weekly.
