What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnant?
hello doctor i am 26 years old,married and i don't have any children.last year i was aborted due to irregular growth of the child.
After that i haven't take any treatment for that issue.But till now i haven't get pregnant.last month i took follicular study .the result is dominant follicle in left ovary is 11x10mm and endometrium is 7.9mm and free fluid is ++.Can u explain me is there any difficult to get pregnant?

You had and abortion followed by secondary infertility. your follicular study shows good follicle and endometium thickness is also good. but the free fluid present indicates infection. you need to take treatment of this pelvic infection.
