What Causes Difficulty In Hearing With Multiple Tones?
Hello, I have a question regarding my hearing. Normally, my hearing is above average, but in the last hour, it seems to be getting very bad. I started hearing everything very hollow, then in a sort of echo, and now everything I hear is in multiple tones.

This happens when there is built-up of fluid inside the ear drum or due to trauma to the ear drum or structures within due to acoustic trauma or forceful blowing of nose or slap and so on.
I would advise you to visit an ENT get examination done to ascertain the cause and get a proper treatment.
Till then do not blow nose or put anything in the ear canal.
